Why Not Open Source
I am not against open source programs or tools. There are some tools which I have used multiple licenses on and made the source code available on http://codeplex.com. But, I develop tools and job aids to help testers around the world, and the simple fact is there are some testers in some companies that cannot, or cannot easily use open source tools or projects due to legal implications within the companies for which they work.
So, my tools and job aids are freely available to all testers regardless of where they work without having to jump through legal hoops!
If you have a suggestion or wish to add a feature to an existing tool, or if you want to co-develop a tool idea, then please contact me.
