Why not open source?
I am not against open source programs or tools. My tools and job aids are distributed freely, but they are not open source.
I develop tools and job aids to help testers around the world, and the simple fact is there are some testers in some companies that cannot, or cannot easily use open source tools or projects due to legal implications within the companies for which they work.
So, my tools and job aids are freely available to all testers regardless of where they work without having to jump through legal hoops!
